Since 1953, we have been producing and selling high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our company operates with passion, professionalism, and experience handed down over three generations, combined with the continuous pursuit of quality improvement.

We are located in the heart of Sicily, among the splendid and pristine hills and valleys of Ribera. A unique territory that gives our olives unrepeatable organoleptic characteristics, specific aromas, and scents unique in the world.

Our oil mill produces two main product lines, symbols of our oil mastery:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extracted from Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice olives, it is a balanced oil that enhances the extraordinary qualities of the Ribera territory, keeping intact the aromas and authentic taste of Sicilian tradition.

Organic Extra Virgin

The most natural expression of our land. Obtained according to rigorous organic farming standards, it guarantees a product free of chemicals, rich in organoleptic properties and pristine scents.

To ensure excellence and safety, we are associated with the most important control bodies:

Agroqualità: control body for oil destined for D.O.P. Val di Mazara.
ICEA: Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification, for Organic Oil production.
D.O.P. Val di Mazara: certification linking oil quality to the specific production territory.
Bio Suisse: excellence certification for the Swiss organic market.
IGP Sicilia: guarantee of the Sicilian origin of the olives.
IRVO: Regional Institute of Wines and Oils of Sicily, control body for IGP Sicilia.

Total Traceability

We guarantee oil traceability: from harvesting and delivery of olives to the final sale. We bring the freshness of our mill to Italy and abroad in very short times.

Energy and Sustainability

To respect nature, we have equipped the plant with photovoltaic panels that, exploiting the Sicilian Sun, produce clean electricity for the entire plant.
