These Terms and Conditions govern the remote purchase of food products and olive oil via the website oleificiopalermo.com.
1. Seller Identification

2. Object of the Contract
The offer and sale on the website constitute a distance contract governed by Chapter I, Title III (Arts. 45 et seq.) of Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree April 9, 2003, n. 70, regarding electronic commerce.
3. Prices and Shipping
All product prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price but are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the order before payment.
4. Payment Methods
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer in Advance or Cash on Delivery. In case of bank transfer, the order will be processed only after receipt of the credit.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Arts. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without having to provide any reason.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Art. 59 Consumer Code):
The right of withdrawal is strictly excluded for:
- The supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened oil bottles or bottles with broken seals).
6. Refund Methods
In case of valid withdrawal, Oleificio Palermo S.R.L. will refund all payments received from the consumer, possibly including delivery costs, within 14 days from the day it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products sold are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided for by Arts. 128-135 of the Consumer Code. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The sales contract is governed by Italian Law. For any dispute relating to the application, execution, and interpretation of these General Conditions of Sale, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer shall have jurisdiction, if located within the territory of the Italian State.
